Paul Nash
Managing Consultant & Founder
With a career rooted in IT Service Operations since the late 1990s, Paul brings extensive expertise across the full ITSM lifecycle, including strategic planning, service design, transition, and improvement. His experience spans both the customer and supplier sides of managed service engagements, giving him a nuanced appreciation of the operational, commercial, and governance complexities that shape successful service relationships.
Since becoming an independent consultant in 2014, he has supported a wide range of organisations, driving service resilience and operational efficiency.
In founding PJN ITSM Consultancy, Paul set out to elevate his impact, creating a dedicated practice focused on precision-crafted, outcome-led service management. PJN reflects his commitment to clarity, governance, and the advancement of ITSM and ESM principles across the enterprise.

Steve Coker
Managing Consultant
Steve brings extensive experience across the ITSM lifecycle, with particular depth in Change, Release, and Service Transition. He has refined transition pathways that ensure services are introduced with control, clarity, and minimal disruption, making him a key contributor to successful operational readiness.
Known for his structured and pragmatic approach, Steve has helped streamline governance frameworks and improve change velocity without compromising stability. His knowledge of release cycles, stakeholder coordination, and implementation planning supports delivery assurance across both BAU and transformation programmes.

Venkat Subramaniam

Rob Nash
Business Development Manager
Rob brings a solid background in Project and Programme Management, primarily within the finance sector where he has successfully led cross-functional delivery initiatives and complex stakeholder engagements. His experience navigating regulated environments gives him a sharp understanding of operational structure, commercial value, and strategic alignment.
